- Priorities making sure officers and staff across Fire and Police have the right resources, tools and systems for the job.
- Develop a programme of scrutiny to ensure transparency around decision making, in particular around the safeguarding and intervention.
- Review the estate strategy to ensure every town has a highly visible community policing building.
- Work with the Chief Constable, Chief Fire Officer and Estates Team to reduce our carbon footprint.
